Hadrian's Wall




Hadrian's Wall is a wall built by the Roman's to defend off the Barbarian's. Building began in 122AD, which makes it 1,892 years old!

It goes across the entire width of North England.
We are going to visit a part of the wall called Birdsowald Fort.  It is on the Western end of the wall and is one of the best preserved forts left.
