National Railway Muesum.....

.... and Yorkshire Lavender

It's been a few days since I have been able to update my blog because the farm we were staying at in Durham had no phone service.

On our last day in York, mum and I visited the National Railway Museum.  IT WAS AWESOME!

Postal Train Carriage

 Queen Victoria's train

The Eurostar, which goes from England to France via an underwater tunnel

 A Chinese Train

The Mallard

This is the fastest steam train in the world!  We went on a simulation of its record breaking journey which was so cool!  I touched it!

Green Arrow

York Train Station

After the train museum we drove out to the country to visit Yorkshire Lavender.  It was smelly, but a nice kind of smelly.

Lavender maze.
